| | About Diligent Micro Controls | | | Company Profile | Diligent Micro Controls was formed nearly 25 year back to provide customised solutions to specific problems related to control & instrumentation in various industries, to provide indigenous alternative to the imported controllers & systems and offer consultation in the field of instrumentation & controls of process and machines. Diligent Solutions were always designed with end-user in mind and the design was optimized for the cost for our OEMs. This has been the secret of popularity of our products amongst our OEMs and end user. Technology is chosen commensurate with the application and components are chosen which are standard and time proven. Similarly Diligent Designs give full considerations to the operating environment while finalizing design tolerances. This has resulted in continuous long performance of our products in the field. Our units are designed with good maintainability and therefore, end user is saved of replacement in the event of failure. Products are made rugged enough to withstand the normal vagaries of electric supply.
Today Diligent Micro Controls is a trusted name in the industry due to the high standard of its Product and Customer Service. This is endorsed by our `satisfied OEM`s who have patronized us for past 2 ½ decades and also by ever increasing list of new OEMs who are drawn to us by the reputation we have earned.
Diligent Micro Controls undertake design & development of customized solution from any stage desired by the customer. It can start right from the stage in which problem is stated in layman`s language. The problem is then translated in the engineering language, multiple alternatives are worked out for synthesizing the solution for this problem, these alternatives are then evaluated in view of various performance parameters and constraints, these alternatives are short-listed for actual prototyping, various protypes are designed & evaluated in the factory, one or two designs are then chosen for field trials and manufactured with considerations for the results of earlier testing, prototypes are then manufactured and placed in field, these are modified few times based on the feedback from field trials, field trials are conducted for prolonged period and then the design is finalized.
Our Strength
We are very well aware that today`s modern engineering word is highly conscious of cost & quality. We are also aware that it is not techno-economically feasible, except for very big business houses, to have all in house facilities. We, therefore, ensure very high quality by sourcing components from standard & established sources and by getting our sub assemblies manufactured by specialist service provider with excellent manufacturing & testing facility. Final assembly, testing and temperature soaking is done under our supervision at our works. We have high grade testing and caliberation instruments with tracebility.
Warranty
Diligent Product supplied by us carries warranty for a period of twelve months from the day of delivery from our works. During this period, we undertake to repair/replace our defective unit free of cost in part or full at our total desecration provided that the unit is brought to our works for rectification and collected there from after satisfactory inspection by the Customer at his cost & risk and provided that the defect is found to be due to poor material and / or workmanship and not due to misuse and/or mishandling. This warranty is exclusively restricted to the unit supplied by us and we shall not be responsible in any way for any of the consequences arising due to the use and/or misuse of our unit anywhere. This warranty shall become automatically null & void, if our unit is opened and / or tampered by person not authorised by us.
Due to the very nature of the operating environment of Flame Sensors, all types of flame sensor carry only test warranty i.e. working status of flame sensor will be demonstrated on appropriate simulated condition at the time of delivery from our works .

| | | Quality Control | | Wide acceptability and high credibility of Diligent Designs & Products is mainly due to the keen attention given to quality control of the smallest act of manufacturing process. The first in the sequence is the quality of raw material. This is ensured by sourcing components & material from reputed manufacturers and carry out inspection during production, where ever possible, at the works of component suppliers. Random sample testing/ inspection of few pieces is thoroughly carried out. Subassemblies & assemblies are thoughroughly cleaned in ultra sonic cleaner and are dried in oven during manufacturing. These are stored in dust proof enclosures. Burn out testing is carried out for all finished products before delivering these to the customer. Diligent designs are carefully done with due considerations to the factors such as operating environment, operating personnel, electricity supply quallity, etc. High standard measuring instruments such as; Digital storage dual beam oscilloscope, 4 1/2 Digit Mulitimeter, Microohmeter, etc, are used.This has resulted in long 7 reliable performance of all Diligent products & systems.
| | | Research & Development | | Research and Development activity is part of Diligent culture. It is continuously carried out. On an average half a dosen prototypes are made and field-tested before final design is frozen for production. Diligent has large possetion of books and technical information of its own and it is being regularly upgraded in the field of interest. Main thrust of Diligent designs is to give utmost considerations to the extent possible to the Mother nature and make diligent designs minimum risk to the
environment & mankind.
