Diligent Micro Controls supplies Ratiocon Air / Fuel Ratio Regulator. Diligent Micro Controls offers Electronic Controllers, Electronic Control Systems & Electronic Control Relays for specific industrial applications. Proper combustion of fuel requires correct proportion of air and fuel. This is called Stoichometric Ratio. However, in practical case this proportion does not remain same due to various physical parameters associated with the burner and burner components such as blower, fuel pump, etc and it is required to vary the ratio for different operating conditions.
Diligent Ratiocon Air / Fuel Ratio Regulator is a fully electronic system to set the profile for achieving desired air / fuel ratio for optimum combustion with specified excess air. Control Signal is 4-20 mA or 2-10V dc from process controller and it is divided in 16 steps. Signal at each step is modified by the adjustable multiplier of that step and made available at output as 4 - 20 mA or 2 - 10 V DC signal. Multiplier is settable over 0.5 to 1.5. Separate retransmitted 4 - 20 mA or 2 - 10 V signal is available for controlling the combustion of air. Diligent Ratiocon Air / Fuel Ratio Regulator works on either 110 V or 230 V +/-10%, 1 phase AC supply.
