The Electric Infra Red Emitters are electric heaters specifically designed to give out medium wave infra red emission for heating application. Helical heating element is placed in a quartz tube. Twin tube houses two elements in such a way to facilitate termination at one end. Gold reflector on the rear side of the twin tube is available optionally. Most of the heat energy radiated backward is now reflected back to the front. This makes almost all radiated energy available for heating the object.
Diligent Micro Controls can supply single element up to 1.8 meters long for uniform heating in paper & textile applications.
