Manual/ Pneumatically Operated Iris Valve is designed to handle dry bulk solids like dry foods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, pastes, etc and can be availed in various factors like type of seals, material used for manufacture etc. The Valve can be manually operated or be operated through pneumatic actuator and silicon seals are available. The Valve has maximum working pressure of 2 bar and has tri-clamp connection with clamp, gasket and blind for vacuum application. The Valve can be availed with variety of configurations such as single lock iris diaphragm valves, double lock iris diaphragm valves, iris valves with tri-clover connection and iris valves with pneumatics actuator. The Valve has the feature that diaphragm for iris valves can be manufactured from many materials such as nylon–for handling granules or lumpy materials, rubber-for handling fine, light or abrasive materials and fabrics with a coating of PU or similar for handling fine heavy powder.
