Compact Designed Light Weight Iris Valve is made using quality grade aluminium alloy and stainless steel and is designed to handle dry bulk solids for discharge from bins, hoppers, bulk bags, etc. The Valve has the feature that the diaphragms are available in nylon or PU coated nylon and an optional feature is a guide sleeve passing through the orifice of the diaphragm hence the material will not be in contact with diaphragm which helps in increased life of diaphragm. The Valve has full bore opening that offers free flow of item without any restriction and is suitable for dry bulk solids like powder, grains, and pellets. The Valve has slim design, no jamming of any parts, leak tight and has simple compact design and construction. The Compact Designed Light Weight Iris Valve has manual or pneumatic actuation.
