Apex enterprises offers yarn/twine/wire tension meters. Yarns/twines/wires are subjected to load during processing. When subjected to such tension, the company recommends use of its tension meter with 3 pulleys.It is easy to handle, and can be used with one hand. This meter is far more convenient to have direct readings of tension from the dial instead of doing the calculations after getting indirect readings as in some other meters. Just press the handle, two exterior pulleys will come out of the cage. Take yarn inside the cage and leave the handle, and read the tension in grams on the dial. This tension meter is available to cover the following ranges: 50-500g, 100-1,000 g, 200-2,000 g, 500-5,000 g, and 1-10 kg.
