Low Tension Furnace Cable is normally manufactured having the cores area of 400 sq. Mm of pure electrolytic grade of multilayer bunched stranded copper conductor. The Furnace Cable is required for connecting transformer busbars and melting electrodes.
The Furnace Cable is used in iron and steel plants, foundries, hot rolling mills, cooking plants, cement, glass and ceramic factories to connect main transformer burbars and melting electrodes. The Low Tension Furnace Cable is treated with heatproof and flameproof black compound to suit high temperature conditions.
