Double Deck Backing Oven has the heating elements and the blower motors electrically interlocked so that unless the motor is switched on the heating cannot be energized. The Backing Oven has a door limit switch provided to switch off the heating elements when the oven door is opened. The Backing Oven comes in double deck construction for bulk baking requirements.
