Industrial Back Pressure Controller is installed in outlet line after the N2 surge vessel, and when the inlet pressure signal exceeds the spring setting and the outlet port of BPC is opened in case this pressure goes down, it closes the outlet port. The Back Pressure Controller is designed to maintain 5.0 Barg pressure in the surge vessel. The Back Pressure Controller can change its setting by adjusting the bolt provided at the top. Industrial Back Pressure Controller is offered with a control valve that automatically opens and the gas is vented to atmosphere in case of any kind of malfunction in the plant.
