Santosh Engineering Works manufactures Self-controlled Light Weight Barrel. Santosh Engineering Works also manufactures various types of electro plating equipments and jigs. This Light Weight Barrel is driven by 12 volts D. C. Electric motor mounted on the top of the barrel.
The Self-controlled Light Weight Barrel comprises of a hexagonal plating cylinder which is rotated through removable bevel gearing in a replaceable plastic bearings. This Light Weight Barrel is portable and can be operated single handed for continuous production through hot alkaline cleaner, water rinses, acid dips and alkali plating processes.
