Automatic Barrel Plating System includes single or multiple hoists, process tanks and dryers. The Barrel Plating System has a funnel shaped flat chute, made of polypropylene or stainless steel which allows for easier unloading of components onto a basket from the barrel. The Barrel Plating System is designed in such as way that helps in a faster drip of the solution from the barrel, thus reducing the drip time at each station and at the same time decreasing the carry-over of solution by over 30%. Automatic Barrel Plating System can be provided with auto lid opening or closing at loading or unloading station.
