Industrial Grade Fibre Lasers can be adapted to the processing task and therefore represent a tool for industrial production and is suitable for cutting, welding, and surface treatment, as well as for a wide variety of scanner-based application. The Lasers comes equipped with control unit, which offers, besides numerous monitoring tasks, e-service capability as well as simple implementation of scanner-based applications. The Lasers have 500 w; 750 w; 1,000 w, 2,000 w; 3,000 w, 4,000 w; 6,000 w power output. The Lasers find application in 2d and 3d cutting of mild and stainless steel, laser cutting of nonferrous metal, spot and seam welding and scanner welding in particular in the automotive industry. The Lasers comes with a spliced fibre and a small cabinet that is ideally suited for easy integration into existing systems and the version as standalone solution offers a separated enclosure for beam management. The Industrial Grade Fibre Lasers have the feature that up to four fibres can be used with time or energy sharing including two channel interlocks per output and a multi-station field bus interface.
