Chemical Process Piping Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company that manufactures FRP / GRP and Thermoplastic lined FRP products like Pipes, Fittings, Headers, Ducts, Stacks and Launders. The Glass-Reinforced Plastic-GRP Anolyte Header/Separator is the most important piece of equipment of a Chlor-Alkali plant apart from the Membrane cells. Chlorine generated in the Membrane cells flows into the Chlorine header along with NaCl brine at around 90 deg. C. These headers are manufactured by the band wound technique using Viapal resin system or alternatively using CPVC-FRP / GRP. Depending on the Electrolyser, several nozzles are attached to the pipe and laminated with the same resin system. In case of CPVC-FRP Headers spark test is carried out for 100 % welding to ensure leak-proofness.
