The Multi Channel Vibration Monitoring System is microcontroller based. Thus system has three pump motors and each “pump motor” has four number sensors installed. It is proposed to provide an improved version of display and control system. The inputs will be signal conditioned, integrated and scanned at 3sec. Time interval to display the vibration status on a 2X16 LCD monitor. Dry NO relay contact will be provided for Alarm purpose. Set point will be programmed from the front key board. Channel Hold facility will also be provided. 4-20 mA output of each sensor will be provided to integrate with existing SCADA system if desired.
