IPG offers 5W to 10kW Direct Diode Fiber Pigtailed Laser Systems, DLR Series. This DLR Series is the direct diode systems are fiber delivered and are available from 5 watts to multiple kilowatts of power. These solid state lasers provide the unprecedented benefit of wall plug efficiencies approaching 50 percent these systems do contain all of the flexibility of fiber lasers, they are ideally suited for applications that do not require the smaller spot size capabilities of fiber lasers products. Special multi-outputs units and higher powers up to 10kW are available. The application areas include Heat treating, Powder deposition, Paint stripping, Soldering and Plastic welding as well as Paint stripping.
