- Inlet wire diameter is 0.8 mm to 3.50 mm with tensile strength of 140 kg/sq. mm.
- The proven design for 13, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 23 nos. submerged dies.
- These can also be supplied with combination of extra die blocks outside the coolant tank at the entry point to facilitate accumulation of wire to avoid any stoppage for change in pay off.
- Extra capstan can be provided at exit point to avoid any stoppage due to change in spoolers.
- A single motor drives all the spindles.
- Speed can go up to 15 mtrs/sec
