Industrial Grade Wire Drawing Machine can draw aluminium alloy and copper from 9.5 mm diameter to 2 mm diameter and can run at different speed for different size and different material to save the power consumption. The Machine is designed with anti friction alloy steel drawing ring and has 450 mm diameter of each drawing capston for easy bending of hard material. The Machine has double individual spooling device to increase the production and the main body of the machine is made of 20 mm thick mild steel plate of 12 mm, 3 mm. The Machine has pintle type spool loading, pin bush type 14" diameter coupling and traverse limit from 250 mm to 400 mm. The Machine has the feature that single spooling arrangement is provided to accommodate spools of size 500 mm and the traverse width can be adjusted to accommodate various flange diameter width of spools. The Machine is offered with a gear box which does away with any type of worn reduction gear box and this gear box decreases the power requirement of the system and makes the machine jerk-less. The Industrial Grade Wire Drawing Machine is designed with a self adjusting die holder to hold both TC and diamond dies.
