Product Profile of High Speed Bunching Machine
The High Speed Bunching Machine is capstan haul-off type. It consists of double haul-off capstan with change gearbox. The Take-up tension is controlled by magnetic powder clutch. The main AC motor drives the bow, capstans and the take-up bobbin. Usha Martin Industries Limited is manufacturing High Speed Bunching Machine.
Usha Martin Industries Limited supplies steel wires, wire ropes and other related products, wire drawing and allied machines; and wire, wire rope and cable machinery. In High Speed Bunching Machine, pintle opening of take-up is done pneumatically and closed by springs. Bobbins are held by spring force and electrically interlocked. Bobbin loading/unloading is from the front side of the machine.
Key Features of High Speed Bunching Machine
- Pneumatic brake is provided for stopping the main machine. The main machine consists of statically balanced take-up cradle, mounted on anti-friction bearings on either ends. Bearing housings are fabricated. The bows made of carbon fibre are dynamically balanced. Cable is guided throughout the bow through ceramic/TC bushes.
- Bobbin lifting and lowering for the main machine is by a hydraulic mechanism. Even winding is achieved through U-hinge traverse mechanism.
- The machine is enclosed in a sound proof guard with cooling provision. Sliding guard is electrically interlocked with pneumatically operated mechanism.
- The main AC motor speed control is achieved through the latest generation digital AC vector drive.
- The speed, tension settings and other parameters for machine set up are provided on a man-machine interface. The MMI along with the other control elements are provided on the guard for ease of operation.
