Rishikesh electromatic manufactures range of wire knitting machine for the manufacture of tubular knitted wire mesh, generally used in chemical, electrical and aircraft industries. Products consist of high temperature supports for the precious metal catalytic converters, flexible high temperature exhaust seals, de-mister pads, anti-vibration mountings, noise insulation pads, aircraft air conditioning filters and industrial and domestic pot scourers. The machines includes a revolving cylinder and take-up roll with three frame sizes ranging from 12 mm to 500 mm of cylinder diameters that are interchangeable within each frame size. The other sizes can be offered according to customer`s requirement. These machines requires power supply of 200/240 volts, single phase, 50/60 hz. The available models are: wk100, wk 200, wk 300. The number of feeds is variable as per wire diameter and material. There are three types of wire feed available: floor pallet located bobbins with heavy-duty snatch detectors, overhead mounting of the wire bobbins and positive feed.
