The Washing and Separation Systems utilize intensive friction with cold water to release dirt, labels, paper and adhesives that produce extremely clean and bright flakes with very low levels of impurities. The Washing and Separation Systems has sink float equipped with a hydro-cyclone that separates the light floating polyolefin from the heavier materials. These Systems have fixed and rotating knives. These Systems has second sink float tank which includes a hydro-cyclone that carries out the final separation of the remaining glue particles and polyolefin from the lighter materials released during the washing process. The centrifuge performs the final process that allows the product to have 2 to 3% residual moisture.
