The Spray Chamber Piping Air Washer System are designed and developed considering all the heat sources in the department and required RH, can be maintained constant at desired level with only air washer system. However to control temperature during hot and humid weather, chilled water spray is required and during winter, heating is recommended. This air system is designed considering concentration of heat load in the department to maintain uniform conditions in the department and to avoid any hot zones. The Spray Chamber Piping Air Washer System features corrosion free, low resistance, heavy duty rigid PVC piping, spray nozzles with S.S orifice and clamps for quick fixing, specially arranged to ensure fine spray spectrum for highest efficiency.
