For the past few decades, Teddy has been the mainstay of the Indian plating industry for the past few decades. The system is mounted on a MS tubular trolley frame [castors are optional]. Filtration area is approximately 1.5 sq m and filtration rate is 8000-6000/10000-8000 LPH. This filtration system consistem consists of aA 3HP three phase motor, links with a sturdy moulded polypropylene pump comprising a polypropylene impeller and SS/carbon mechanical seal. The filtration assembly of this system consists of a stack of 22 filtering elements, each element comprising a polypropylene plate, filter paper and/or cloth. The whole stack is housed within a cylindrical rubber/PVC lined steel chamber. The system is mounted on a MS tubular trolley frame [castors are optional].
