The Very High-Melting Complete Phenolic Resin is a very high-melting phenolic resin soluble for use with drying oil, such as tung oil and linseed oil. The most outstanding characteristic of this high melting hard phenolic resin is its solubility in white spirit so that cold cut varnishes can be made with this resin. The color retention of varnishes made from this resin is good and the water resistance is also good. The Very High-Melting Complete Phenolic Resin is mainly used in General utility enamels, flow enamels, coach and deck enamels.
