The tool can be used even to produce the torque accurately for very critical fastening. The fastening/measuring can be performed in torque, torque + angle and yield modes. The most important feature of sensor i is its ability to measure the static and dynamic torque separately. It is a tool that can meet the requirements of quality control engineers, auditors, those in the research and development facilities and as a standby tool for production. This is available in three different ranges. It is usable for up to 450 lb ft torque measuring/fastening applications. The latest models of the sensor i [expert] are capable of data storage up to 2600 fastenings, and 10 tightening signatures, statistics of mean, sigma, cp and cpk. There is an integral rs 232 port for interfacing the unit with a printer to download the readings.
