Single Side Printed Circuit Boards are available with smallest drill diameter of 0.6 mm. The surfaces of these boards vary from Electroless nickel / gold, HAL, Immersion Tin, to Electroplated Nickel / Gold and Carbon. The various grades of copper foil used in this board range like 18µm, 35 microns, 70µm, 105µm. The additional printing is done with Carbon Bridge technology.
