M. M. Pfaudler Ltd. Also manufactures wide range glass lined equipments. Double-Jacketed Condenser is placed inside a glassed steel vessel. Vapours pass between the outer wall of the thimble and the inner wall of the vessel so that only the corrosion resistant glassed surfaces are exposed. These condensers can be mounted directly on a still for refluxing or arranged for distillation by using glassed steel pipes and fittings. Condensing capacity is approximately 2.18 litres per m2 per hour at atmospheric pressure based on steam to water [cooling water at 10°C] .
