Elmec speciality heaters is engaged in manufacturing and exporting various types of micro tubular heaters. These heaters find application in hot runner systems, sprue bushes and injection moulding machine nozzles. These heaters have prolonged life as these are manufactured by top class raw materials. The company also manufactures these heaters as per the customer`s requirements. These heaters are available in `j` type of `k` type thermocouples. The following cross sections are available ex-stock with different id, length and watt ratings: 3.3 x 3.3 mm, 3.7 x 3.7 mm, 4.5 x 2.5 mm, 4.2 x 2.2 mm, 6.0 x 6.0 mm, 3.2 x 1.8 mm. Hot runner bushes are produced with hot runner, heaters and different cross section with inner brass and outer ss sheet or with inner and outer ss cover.
