Elmec manufactures high-density cartridge heaters constructed from nickel chromium resistance wire wound on mgo core. The element assembly is inserted into chrome nickel steel tube centrally and filled with mgo powder and then is compacted into solid mass by swaging that increases thermal conductivity, dielectric strength and heater life. These high density cartridge heaters are available with salient features like nickel chrome resistance wire; with inbuilt thermocouple `j` or `k`; 800 c maximum sheath temperature; and rugged and durable construction. The company supplies these cartridge heaters as per individual customer requirements with specifications of diameters, length; watts and volts; type of terminal; and drawing for special type configuration.
