Key Features of Stainless Steel Chemical Drier

• Double walled construction, inner and outer made of thick stainless steel sheet fully reinforced to make the equipment mechanically very rigid.
• The inner chamber accommodates 3 nos. stainless steel trays of size 400 mm x 600 mm x 50 mm at adjustable height, with minimum gap between the trays.
• Inter space in between the walls are thickly packed with ceramic wool to eliminate radiation heat loss.
• The front opening of the chamber will be wide enough for the loading and unloading of the trays and provided with double walled door, made of thick stainless steel, insulated with ceramic wool.
• The door is gasketed with superior quality silicon gasket to provide, leak proof, airtight seal when the door is closed condition.
• The whole unit will be mounted at convenient height on a mild steel tube stand with powder coat finish.
