The cooling conveyer is used to carry fresh biscuit from baking oven to Stacking Machine. In this conveyor , the biscuit are cooled under ambient temperature without any forced air circulation or refrigeration. The conveyor can be two tired or multi-tiered. Manual or pneumatic web tensioning system is provided to meet various requirements. The staking machine is provided for stacking the biscuits for easy lifting. The biscuits are made to pass through star shaped wheels to make them in vertical standing position.
