Kay international offers heavy duty rotary positive displacement tri lobe compressors [roots blowers]. These blowers are designed with 5 bearings with shaft roller bearing, suitable for v-belt and direct drives; helical gears located on the drive side for more input torque capability; piston ring seals for lifetime reliability; heavy duty bearing holders on thrust end for more axial load capability; large oil sumps for improved bearing lubrication; lobes and shafts are forged steel. Thus, these blowers are suitable for pressure and vacuum applications. Kay blowers have computer calculated impeller profiles and are precision machined on latest cnc machines assuring close tolerance between the impellers, body and side plates to minimize "back slippage" of air improving efficiency and reliability. All rotating parts like impellers & pulleys are dynamically; balanced to avoid undue load over the bearings. Piston rings are used to reduce air leakage through the shaft openings in the side plates. These blowers are useful in industries such as transport vehicles, pneumatic conveying, pharmaceutical, power generation, textile, gas, etc.
