Magnesium Coded Wire for Spherodisation is composed of Mg-CaC2 or Mg, or Mg-CaSi, or Mg-FeSi-Ce. Magnesium Coded Wire for Spherodisation is also used for desulfurisation of pig iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron. Magnesium Coded Wire for Spherodisation is produced in sizes ranging from 100-3000 kgs and wire diameters range from 5-18 mm. The coded wire is injected in full ladle either in a ladle furnace, a ladle station or a tundish, using a specially designed wire feeder.
