Key Features of One Meter High Conical Manhole
- Consists of 7 nos. conical rings [height 225 mm each, varying diameter], 1 nos frame, and 1 nos cover [Thickness - 100 mm, Diameter - 770 mm].
- Overall Dimensions: Height - 1000 mm, Base diameter. - 1225 mm.
- All components are made from M-30 grade concrete using vibro compaction process.
- Each ring is reinforced with 2 nos. 8 mm diameter torr steel rings and 8 mm dia stirrups at 150 mm c/c/ along the periphery while the cover is double reinforced with 8 mm diameter tor steel at 100 mm c/c in the first plane and 8 mm dia tor steel at 50 mm c/c in the second plane.
- The cover also consists of a 2mm thick ms sheet at the outer periphery and 2 nos. 16 mm diameter lifting hooks. Both the MS sheet and lifting hooks are hot dip galvanized to ensure long life.
