Slitting lines are ferrous/ non-ferrous sheets and strip up to 1.5 mtr wide and 6mm thick can be slit of these lines. These lines are designed to have optimum speed, shortest setting times, highest possible accuracy and burr-free edges. The arbor is made of forged alloy steel and is hardened, tempered and hard-chrome plated to give maximum life. All the parts are precision machined. The locking of arbor is done through a combination of taper roller bearings fitted in a chock fixed in the middle stand housing. The cutters are made of hchc material with hardness as per the material to be slit.
