Arrow electronics has developed ltm4605 dc-dc umodule regulator. This dc-dc regulator operates in 4.5v to 20v and provides an output voltage from 0.8v to 16v and outputs up to 150w. The company supplies the ltm4605 dc-dc umodule regulators incorporating synchronous buck-boost dc-dc controller, four n-channel mosfets, input and output bypass capacitors, and compensation circuitry. These dc-dc regulators are available in a 15xl5x2.8mm3 land-grid-array plastic-moulded package.
