The Triple Walled High Pressure Vertical Autoclave, Model MB-502, is used for Dry Sterilization under a steam pressure of 10 to 20 psi. The Triple Walled High Pressure Vertical Autoclave has inner chamber, steam jacket and outer wall made of Stainless Steel duly argon arc welded. The Space between outer wall and steam jacket is filled with high grade glass wool to minimize the temperature loss. The Triple Walled High Pressure Vertical Autoclave has all sterilizers hydraulically tested up to 40 psi. The Triple Walled High Pressure Vertical Autoclave has lid made of thick stainless steel and closed by redial type closing arrangement. This Autoclave is fitted with a gasket made up of neoprene rubber, safety valve, water level indicator, steam release valve, pressure gauge, pedal lifting device and Stainless Steel basket. This Autoclave has capacity ranging from 22 litres to 152 litres.
