Guindy machine tools offers pneumatic rotating cylinder. It actuates the gripping jaws of a power-operated chuck. The chuck is placed on the spindle nose of the lathe. The cylinder is placed on the rear side of the spindle. Compressed air under pressure is fed on to a piston through a stationary distributor. The piston moves the drawbar, or the rod attached to it, axially. This axial movement can be used for operating the chuck or the fixtures. The body of the gmt pneumatic cylinder is manufactured from aluminium alloy of high quality. This pneumatic cylinder body is light, and is specially treated to take large loads. The piston is equipped from medium carbon steel and toughened. The distributor housing of the pneumatic cylinder is equipped from aluminium alloy. The distributor shaft rotates inside a bronze bush that is press fitted. A grease lubricator provides lubrication, which is for lubricating the shaft of the distributor and also to act as a seal to avoid air leakage. These cylinders come in four different sizes.
