Imation ensures hard disk cartridges. The removable hard disk media provides complete data protection. Removable hard disk cartridges contain a 2.5-inch hard disk drive that offers all of the advantages of disk-to-disk storage, including high performance and a low-failure rate. The cartridges are available in 80gb to 500gb capacity and provide both forward and backward compatibility. Removable hard disk cartridges are compatible and interchangeable with all rdx and rd1000 removable hard disk docks on the market. Key features are as follows:

• 2.5-inch sata hdd [hard disk drive] in a durable shock protected cartridge design tested to withstand up to a one meter drop

• Compatible and interchangeable with all rdx and rd1000 removable hard disk docks, including the dell power vault rd1000

• Sealed hdd within anti-static cartridge

• Capacities include 80gb, 120gb, 160gb, 300gb and 500gb the highest capacity rdx cartridge currently available
