Composition

• Each tablet contains Alprazolam 0.25 mg. & 0.5 mg.


Dosage

• Anxiety Disorders: Start with 0.25-0.5 mg. T.I.D and increased at intervals of 3-4 days upto max. Daily dose of 4 mg.


Panic Disorders

• Start with 0.5 mg. T.I.D. Increase by 1 mg/day at intervals of 3-4 days. Dose reduction should be attempted at appropriate intervals. The usual daily dose has been 4-6 mg. Though upto 7-10 mg./day have been required in some patients.


Depression

• Initially 0.5 mg. T.I.D. Increased as described above upto 4 mg./day. Higher doses may be required in some patients.
