Creed engineers offers vicount 2 range: single head counting machines. This new modular range of high speed sheet or note counters, has microprocessor controlled with optional programmable batch tabbing with "memory store" for regularly repeated jobs, modern multi-lingual graphical user interface [gui] display, maximum count speed of 2500 sheets per minute, a self-calibrating vacuum system and rs232 and printer ports for outputting count data to a pc or dot-matrix job ticket printer.
Its count speed variable to 2500 sheets per minute, substrate range 25 - 240 gsm, tabbing selection 2 - 9999 and maximum pile capacity 230 mm. The countable minimum sheet size on the standard models is 60 x 110 mm. A special coupon attachment is available for small label/coupon applications making it possible to count rectangular sizes to a minimum 75 x 15 mm in piles of 500 pieces.
