In technical institutions, it is most suitable, economical machine for training purpose. Machine and its components are optimised using latest design software. This machine includes all factors responsible for keeping the machine uptime at higher percentage. Hardened and ground preloaded flanged double nut precision class ball screws are given. Bi-directional automatic tool changer is provided with six tools. Maintenance free, compact, ac servo motors are provided for axes. Leak proof, maintenance and production friendly machine enclosure is given. Slides and ball screw nut are oil lubricated at predetermined time interval using centralised automatic lubricating unit. All bearings used in the machine are synthetic grease lubricated for life, required no maintenance. Wear adjustment facility is also available.
