The machine has advantages of easy settings to ensure quick changeover from one diameter job size to another, coolant for belt grinding keeps ss job cool and gives superior finish. The stainless steel round tubes & bars finishing machines have 400 and 600 grit abrasive belts which provides with 0.5 to 0.6 micron ra input finish and 0.15 to 0.2 ra output finish. The machine can also be used with abrasive flap wheels, nonwoven abrasive wheels, sisal and cotton polishing buffs. Finishing with abrasive belts is the most economic process.
