Grind master machines provides automatic planetary type deburring machines. It is specially designed for high quality deburring and edge rounding of flat milled/machined surfaces of aluminium/ci/zinc die-casting. The machine is provided with planetary deburring head to take up abrasive bristle brushes. The planetary action helps to remove burr all around surface and does not get folder. Smooth edge is generated by the process, which reduces the risk of oil leakage and hand injury of the opeator. The automatic brush wear compensation system of the machine ensures uniform quality and shun the intervention of the operator. The machine is adjustable in a cell and complete enclosure system is also provided. Rotary indexing type of continuous rotary type machines along with planetary deburring heads, and bore deburring heads are also provided by the company.
