Cybernetics instruments is offering precigrave gfm/gfs series cnc engraving machines. These are light in weight and c-frame-type machines. These machines are driven by clearance-free ball screw drives with hardened and polished 5/8"-16 spindles. Some times 5 or 10 mm are used as drives. All linear axes work on grinded steel shafts with linear ball bearings. Powerful and robust stepping motors are used to drive linear axes. The machine table is fabricated from plan-milled precision t-nut profiles and firmly adjusted with the under frame. It is ideally suited for cnc engraving on large work pieces.
