The surveillance unit including roving inspector maintain quality of all incoming raw material. Incoming supplies of bearing steel and components go through stringent chemical and metallurgical tests for micro and macro cleanliness. In addition crack detection test, hardness check, etc, are also performed. All masters and gauges are calibrated periodically to maintain consistency. Each batch of components is checked to ensure it conformance to required parameters before it is allowed for packing and dispatch.
