They are manufactured by cleaning it with German Chemicals and wrapped in VCI Paper to preserve Sharpness and protect from rust. Smoke OEM Needles are packed in quick peal off aluminium foil. The blades packed 100 to a box are sterilised by Gamma Radiation at a minimum dosage of 2.5 M, Rads 25 Kg and sterility.
