Greg-Vin Engineers manufactures wide range of soap stamping & cutting machinery used in the finishing line of the soap manufacturing process. Multi Cavity soap Flash Stamper Machine with Chilled Die MC9 & MC5 is a versatile machine capable of stamping banded, bandless and also irregular shaped soap. The Stamper has a vertical stamping motion. The soap bars are fed into the stamper by means of infeed conveyor belt with intermittent motion. The soap bar is then lifted by means of vacuum cup and placed on to the lower die. The upper die then moves downwards, forcefully, thus achieving the stamping action, giving the desired size & shape to the soap. The upper die has provision to double stamp. The Bottom die then rotates and vacuum suction cups comes forward picks the stamped soap then passing through a trimming plate where the flashing is removed. It is then gently placed on the discharged belt conveyor for onward feed to the wrapping section.
