Greg - Vin Engineers manufactures Detergent Soap Bar plants. In this plant Ingredients are blended together in the Sigma Mixer with the help of geared motor that rotates the twin blades. Then mixture is hydro-pneumatically dropped into the hopper of the Duplex vacuum plodder that will produce soap bars. The soap bars are conveyed to the pneumatic soap cutter & embosser to get the band name and exact size of the finished bar. The recyclable scrap is then conveyed to the plodder hopper to be made into soap bar again. The finished soap bar is then conveyed to the wrapping machine to be wrapped packed.
