Alfa laval india ltd supplies centrifugal pumps of lkh series. These efficient and economical pumps are chemical resistant. It fulfills the requirements of sanitary and gentle product treatment. There are twelve sizes of the pump such as lkh-5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35, 40, 45, 50, 60, 70 and 80.These pumps are provided with standard motor, stub shaft, mechanical compression coupling, adaptor, backplate, impeller, pump casing and shaft seal. These pumps are specially manufactured for cip with emphasis on large internal roundings and cleanable seals. Stainless steel is used to manufacture the sanitary version of the pump. It is also positioned on four adjustable stainless steel legs. These features provide complete protection. These pumps are also supplied with either an external single or a flushed shaft seal. Both contain fixed seal rings in-acid-resistant steel aisi-329 .The sealing surface is made of silicon carbide and rotating seal rings are made of carbon. Secondary seal of the flushed seal is a long lasting lip seal. Double-mechanical shaft seal can also be provided with these pumps.
