Product Profile of Dust Extractor

Gaylord engineers, since 1986, produces wide range of pharmaceutical machineries. Dust extractor is a part of those products. It overcomes dust hazards as well as cross contamination at tablet compression. Salient features are as follows:

• Minimises mechanical strain excessive wear of tableting machine resulting in minimum machine break down and punch wears.

• Pvc flexible hases are plain i.E. Without grooves from inside for ease in cleaning.

• Four inlet manifolds facilitate to connect press machine and two deducting unit.

• Air blowing fan is dynamically balanced.

• Castor wheel is provided for ease in mobility.
